*The Empire Chapter of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America

Spring Business Meeting at Quack’s Diner in Madison, NY
Thoughts of organizing a New York State Chapter of the A.M.C.A. began in September 1973, at the Seneca Lake summer cottage of Charles and Martha Darling. Only one other couple, Lou and Pauline Lichva were present. On June 30th, 1974 members met at the Lichva's home in Schenectady, NY and the club became known as the Empire Chapter. Our official newsletter is named, "Gaslines and Backfires." This newsletter is published quarterly and contains club news, events, and free classified ads for members. Spring and Fall business meetings are each year and mini meetings are held at most chapter meets. Several chapter meets are held each year along with a chapter "Gypsy Road Run".
